FOOTBALL CENTRE

P&O’s La Manga Club has long held a reputation as one of the world’s finest sport and leisure resorts. This international acclaim has now extended to its Centre for Professional Football, which provides a first-class, year-round practice facility for professional clubs, in an ideal climate.

Opened in February 1998, the La Manga Club Football Centre comprises eight international standard pitches, including a match pitch with a grandstand accommodating 650 spectators. The Centre also has press and parking facilities.

The most up-to-date pitch preparation techniques, automatic irrigation sytems and dedicated maintenance programmes, have produced pitches of a standard virtually unmatched, even amongst the world’s top stadiums.
